Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Community Operations Associate. In this role, your day-to-day tasks will include managing community engagement, addressing customer inquiries, ensuring smooth operational processes, and analyzing user feedback. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize customer satisfaction and contribute to the growth of Locker's user base.

Responsibilities

- Handle user queries across Phone, WhatsApp, email, Instagram, and other support channels
- Help users with onboarding, KYC,



payment issues, and app-related support
- Explain Locker's product and Bitcoin SIP concept in straightforward language
- Coordinate internally with product and growth teams to resolve issues quickly
- Maintain a friendly, helpful, and trustworthy experience for users
- Support community engagement and early access member communication

Requirements

- Basic understanding of Bitcoin, crypto, SIPs, or fintech products
- Robust communication skills in English, Telugu
- Comfortable interacting with users patiently and clearly
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable handling multiple conversations/tasks
- Prior experience in customer support, operations, fintech, or community roles is a plus
