About Firi 97% people read/watch reviews on social media before they buy beauty & personal care products. Yet 7/10 people buy with low confidence, and keep wondering if their products are "working". We exist to solve this.

As Firi, we collect reviews on the internet from sources users already trust (Reddit and select Youtube channels) at scale. This means that we understand each product - who it works for and what it does - through thousands of reviews and full ingredient lists, instead of relying on one creator's opinion or marketing claims made by brands. We use this intelligence to only stock the most repurchased beauty products in the world!

And match them to users based on users' past purchases, skin tones, skin types, age, gender, weather, skin conditions.. you get the gist.

About the role This is a founding team role. As the founding Product Designer, you'd be responsible for shaping the product roadmap and owning Firi's Design charter end-to-end.





Roles & Responsibilities Own merchandising end-to-end across the app to help users decide what to buy, with the objective to improve product-level NPS from the customer

Define, design, execute, and socialize a range of research studies that build a strong understanding of existing and future audiences and their experiences of buying BPC products around the world

Contribute to PRDs to build intuitive experiences that help users discover the full breadth of products that are likely to match their individual needs

Work closely with the Category teams to ideate and launch current categories on the platform

Build and maintain customer tiering and tracking in CRM by setting up automated triggers to maximise customers hitting key milestones needed for customer retention

Develop and own the marketing strategy on offline channels and community initiatives, including positioning, messaging, campaign planning, and creative development
