Ascend is looking for a proactive and people-focuse d Community Manag er to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for creating an engaging community experience, building strong member relationships, and supporting our business growth through community-led initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and onboard new community members
- Build and nurture meaningful relationships through one-on-one conversations
- Create engaging posts, discussions, polls, and community activities
- Respond to member queries and encourage active participation
- Re-engage inactive members and foster a positive community culture
- Identify qualified leads and coordinate appointments with the sales team
- Promote webinars, events, and community initiatives
- Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up activities
- Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and operations teams to improve member engagement.

What We're Looking




- For 1–3 years of experience in Community Management, Customer Success, Relationship Management, or a similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Experience managing online communities (Discord, Slack, WhatsApp, Facebook Groups, Skool, Circle, etc.) is a plus
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and follow-up processes
- Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable working in a rapid-paced startup environment
- Passion for education, gaming, esports, or AI & Robotics technology is an added advantage
