nGoodSpace (goodspace.Ai) is an AI-powered hiring platform used by over a million job seekers and thousands of recruiters across India. We just launched GoodSpace Gold, an invite-only community for our most engaged users: resume reviews, interview rapid-tracks, early access to product, exclusive events, hackathons and merch. We want it to feel like the inner circle of GoodSpace, and we need someone to own it end to end.

NThe role

nYou willbe the voice, host and operator of the GoodSpace Gold community, working directly with the founders. Today it lives on WhatsApp (Announcements + General + interest-based sub-groups). Your job is to make it the most valuable career community in India, and to scale it without killing what makes it feel personal.

NWhat you'll do

- Own the community calendar: plan and write every announcement, keep a strict high-signal cadence, and never let the community go quiet

- Welcome and onboard every new member, drive intros, and keep General alive with prompts, polls and conversations that don't feel forced

- Run the interest-mapping funnel: forms, member data in Google Sheets, and spinning up new sub-groups when demand is real

- Operate member benefits: coordinate resume review batches with our TA team, route Work @ GoodSpace applicants, manage merch drops and early-access cohorts

- Plan and execute community events: online AMAs, offline meetups and hackathons, end to end (venue, speakers, invites,



follow-ups)

- Be the feedback pipeline: collect product feedback from members, structure it, and bring it to the product team every week

- Track and report community health weekly: member growth, activation (intro rate), engagement, event turnout, and benefit usage

- Moderate: enforce community guidelines, handle spam and conflicts, protect the member experience

nWhat we're lookingfor

N

- 2–4 years runningan online community (WhatsApp, Discord, Telegram or Slack) that you can show us: member count, engagement numbers, what you tried, what worked
N
- You have grown a community from small to meaningful scale, not just maintained an existing one
N
- Excellent written English - your messages set the tone for the whole community
N
- Event experience: you have organised at least a few online or offline events yourself
N
- Comfortable with GoogleForms/Sheets and basic analytics;

you make decisions fromdata, not vibes

- High ownership and responsiveness: communities are evenings-and-weekends creatures, and you manage that sustainably
N
- Bonus: careers/HR-tech/edtech community experience, hackathon organising, or a personal brand on LinkedIn/X
