- Provide analytical support in the underwriting and closing of Commercial Real Estate (CRE) loans.
- Review financial statements, rent rolls, and property operating data to assess credit risk and loan eligibility.
- Support underwriting activities for securitizations and affordable housing loans.
- Perform due diligence, identify potential risks, and ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders for smooth loan processing and closure.
- Prepare underwriting memos, summaries, and detailed reports for decision-making.
- Maintain data accuracy and documentation for audit and reporting purposes.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in Commercial Underwriting within the US Mortgage domain
