Role Description The Commercial Real Estate Specialist Intern will support the real estate consultancy team with market research, property analysis, and preparation of client presentations and reports. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with commercial property evaluations, compiling data on market trends, rents, and yields, and helping develop investment proposals for corporate and individual clients. The intern will participate in client meetings, contribute to transaction documentation and coordination, and collaborate with finance and portfolio teams to align real estate recommendations with broader investment strategies.





This is an internship role that is fully on-site, based in Gurugram, and offers exposure to real-world commercial real estate projects and professional mentoring.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in Commercial Real Estate and Real Estate, including market drivers, property types, and basic valuation concepts.

Candidates should possess skills in Finance, such as understanding investment returns, cash flow analysis, and risk assessment.

Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear written reporting and confident verbal interaction with internal teams and clients.

Candidates should possess Customer Service skills, with a focus on responsiveness, professionalism, and building positive client relationships.

Relevant academic background in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field (current students or recent graduates welcome).

Robust analytical and numerical abilities, proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint, and attention to detail in research and documentation.

Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, collaborate in a team environment, and manage multiple tasks with a structured, organized approach.

Prior internship or project experience in real estate, consulting, or financial analysis is advantageous but not mandatory.
