NKey Responsibilities

nManage day-to-day commercial and back-office operations.

NPrepare quotations, salesorders, purchase orders, invoices, and other commercial documents.

NMaintain accurate records, documentation, and MIS reports.

NCoordinate with Sales, Accounts, Operations, and other internal departments.

NHandle customer communication, email correspondence, and follow-ups.

NTrack orders, dispatch status, payments, and documentation.

NEnsure accuracy, compliance, and timely updates of business records.

NSupport ERP data management and process improvements.

NEligibility

nGraduate in B.Com, BBA, BMS, BBM, or a related discipline.





N2–6 years of experience in Commercial Operations, Sales Coordination, Back Office, or Administration.

NProficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, Outlook, and ERP systems.

NStrong communication, coordination, analytical, and organizational skills.

NAbility to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
