NWe are looking for a passionate, energetic individual to join our lending services division at a senior position. You will be leading delivery team members engaged with end-to-end lending life cycle activities across CRE products.

NYou shall also actively involved in expanding our CRE franchise by supporting the sales team and explaining the clients about our lending services including automotive platforms. You will work closely with senior leadership of delivery, and technology solution teams to manage client deliverables and further expand our offerings through various value propositions.

NKey Responsibilities:

- Help grow the CREbusiness

- Responsible for adherence to client SLAs and Policies
N
- Working across functions and stakeholders with a high degree of influence leading to successful outcomes
N
- Identify ways for improvement in efficiency gains and process improvement
N
- Responsible for value addition in deliverables across different process within loan life cycle
N
- Mentoring the junior team members and reviewing their deliverables
N




- Responsible for on-timeidentification and escalation of risks and mitigants
N
- Actively partner with Acuity technology solutions team to identify and provide client appropriate technology driven offerings
N

nKey Skills:

N

n
- 15-25 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate business
N
- Deep understanding of various CRE lending products and platforms
N
- Understanding of mortgage documents, origination procedures including underwriting and monitoring
N
- Ensure deliverables aremet as per client SLA's by various delivery teams – Productivity, Quality & TAT
N
- Excellent written, verbal communication, logical& analytical skills
N
- Experience in working with sales to create marketing collateral and responding to RFPs
N
- Experience in drafting SOPs
N
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and guidelines
N
- Minimum 5 years of teammanagement experience including clients
N
- Robust relationship building with internal and external stakeholders
