Role Description The Commercial Manager will oversee commercial operations, including contract management, pricing, and business planning, to support the company’s projects and long-term growth. This full-time, in office role in Dholera involves negotiating and administering contracts, managing vendor and client relationships, and ensuring compliance with commercial terms and policies.

The Commercial

Manager will analyze market trends and project performance data, prepare commercial proposals and reports, and collaborate with project and finance teams to optimize profitability and risk management. Day-to-day responsibilities also include leading and mentoring commercial and project support staff,



coordinating cross-functional inputs for bids, and improving processes for budgeting and cost control.

Qualifications Strong proficiency in Commercial Management and Business Planning, with experience in pricing, forecasting, and commercial strategy.

Proven Analytical Skills to evaluate financial data, contracts, and market information for decision-making and risk assessment.

Experience in Contract Management, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and monitoring contract performance and compliance.

Demonstrated Team Management capabilities, including leading cross-functional teams, setting priorities, and driving accountability.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., contract management, project management) are an asset.

Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work closely with internal stakeholders, clients, and vendors.

Solid understanding of commercial and financial principles, and familiarity with technology or engineering project environments is preferred.

Ability to work on-site in Dholera, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to changing business needs.
