Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Branch Accountant to manage accounting functions including sales order processing, invoicing, customer and vendor reconciliations, and statutory compliance.



The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SAP and Tally, with a focus on accurate reporting and timely payments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process sales orders and issue invoices to customers.
- Monitor dispatches and update collection entries.
- Prepare customer outstanding reports and issue debit/credit notes.
- Process transporter, CFA, vendor, and employee claims, ensuring timely payments.
- Handle TDS deductions, sales tax, GST, and month-end closing.
- Perform cash and bank transactions, bank reconciliations, and manage vendor/customer queries.
- Liaise with auditors, government departments, and maintain logistic compliance.
- Prepare and submit MIS reports to the head office.

Requirements:

- B.Com or equivalent.
- 3+ years of experience in accounting, including sales order processing and invoicing.
- Proficient in SAP R/3 (FI, SD, MM) and Tally.
- Solid knowledge of TDS, GST, sales tax, and vendor reconciliation.
