- Deliver training for tele and field collections teams
- Develop and update training content and product modules
- Ensure process adherence and performance improvement through coaching
- Coordinate with stakeholders for training needs and effectiveness
Job Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in training or collections operations
- Proficiency in English, Hindi, and at least one South Indian language
- Solid skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Must be a resident of Karnataka
