Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage cold room projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely completion within budget.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and provide solutions for installation, maintenance, and repair of cold rooms.
- Plan material procurement, labor allocation, and equipment installation to meet project deadlines.
- Oversee team coordination during installation, testing, and commissioning of cold rooms.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols during all phases of the project.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 8-10 years of experience in project management or a related field (cold storage industry preferred).
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.Tech / B.E.).
- Robust understanding of AutoCAD 2D software for design purposes.
- Excellent communication skills for effective client handling and problem-solving.
