- Provide operational and administrative support for the Collaboration infrastructure
- Monitor and analyze system health, capacity and performance

- Experience with MDM and MAM (Microsoft Intune, Blackberry UEM)
- Experience with Mobile Application Development on IOS and Android
- Experience with MS Intune mobile SDKs and MS App Proxy
- Experience with mobile third-party application management
- Minimum three years operations experience with Microsoft Exchange 2016/2019/SE
- Broad knowledge of Windows Server administration, network design, storage, load balancing
- PowerShell scripting skills
