We are seeking a skilled Technical Project Manager in Noida having 6 years of experience with strong experience in designing and developing scalable enterprise applications.

We are a team of 550 engineers, driving innovation across Product & Data Engineering, focusing on Agentic AI, RPA, Full Stack, and GenAI-based solutions.

Must-Have Skills :

- 6-12 years of experience in Technical Project Management.
- Mandatory experience in the International Banking/Financial Services domain.
- Hands-on experience managing Cloud and AI technology projects.
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Strong technical background with the ability to engage effectively with engineering teams.
- Experience managing cross-functional, geographically distributed, and global teams.
- Proven ability to own and deliver projects end-to-end.
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar project management tools.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is preferred.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time,



within scope, and within budget.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, QA, business, and client stakeholders to drive successful project execution.
- Manage multiple cross-functional and globally distributed teams.
- Define project plans, timelines, milestones, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes and best practices.
- Coordinate resource planning, sprint planning, and release management.
- Identify project risks, dependencies, and issues, and drive timely resolution.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure effective communication across teams.
- Maintain project documentation using Jira, Confluence, or similar project management tools.
