Role Description

Innova Rubbers Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to manage and develop our network of co-makers (contract manufacturing partners). The role is responsible for identifying and onboarding recent co-makers, coordinating the implementation of the Innova Production System (IPS), supporting outsourcing initiatives, and ensuring timely execution of production schedules.

Working closely with Production, Quality, PPC, Costing, and other cross-functional teams, the successful candidate will drive operational excellence, optimize manufacturing costs, and ensure seamless coordination between Innova and its co-maker partners. Key Responsibilities

Identify, evaluate, and onboard new co-makers.

Coordinate with the Quality team to implement and sustain the Innova Production System (IPS) at co-maker facilities.

Identify parts suitable for outsourcing and assess manufacturing requirements.





Collaborate with the Costing team to develop optimized cost sheets and business models.

Monitor production schedules and coordinate with PPC, Production, and co-makers to ensure on-time delivery.

Coordinate with transporters and customers to manage material movement and urgent production requirements.

Maintain production schedules and related data within the system.

Conduct regular visits to co-maker facilities to monitor production progress and ensure compliance with Innova standards.

Support continuous improvement initiatives across outsourced manufacturing operations.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

DMM (Diploma in Materials Management), DBM (Diploma in Business Management), or equivalent qualification preferred.

Experience

3–6 years of experience in vendor development, outsourcing, manufacturing coordination, or production planning.

Experience in the rubber-to-metal bonding or automotive component industry is preferred.

Experience working with external manufacturing partners or suppliers is an advantage.

Skills & Competencies

Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.

Good understanding of manufacturing processes and production planning.

Knowledge of quality systems and continuous improvement practices.

Ability to interpret production schedules, cost sheets, and manufacturing requirements.

Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

Willingness to travel to co-maker facilities as required.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.

Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
