Role Description This is a full time, on-site Co-Founder role based in Bengaluru. The Co-Founder will help shape the company vision, business model, and long-term strategy, working closely with other founders and stakeholders. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining and validating the product-market fit, overseeing sales and marketing initiatives, and building strong relationships with partners, customers, and investors.

The role involves conducting market and field research, analyzing performance metrics, and iterating on business plans to drive growth and sustainability. The Co-Founder will also support team building, operational planning,



and ensure that the company adheres to ethical, inclusive, and responsible business practices.

Qualifications

Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret data, assess market trends, and make evidence-based decisions.

Effective communication skills for collaborating with teams, engaging with farmers and partners, and presenting to investors.

Proven experience or strong interest in sales and business development, with the ability to build and manage relationships.

Marketing skills, including basic knowledge of digital and field marketing strategies relevant to the agriculture sector.

Research skills to gather insights from markets, customers, and competitors and translate them into actionable strategies.

Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset, with a willingness to take ownership, work in a fast-changing environment, and solve complex problems.

Background or strong interest in agriculture, agritech, rural markets, or related sectors is highly beneficial.

Bachelor’s degree in business, agriculture, engineering, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus but not required.
