Company Description EngineersPRO Academy of Applied Engineering is the professional training division of Specx Technologies Pvt. Ltd., dedicated to building industry-ready engineering talent through practical, application-focused learning. The academy serves chemical, agrochemical, pharmaceutical, petrochemical, and manufacturing sectors with advanced programs that reflect real engineering workflows and modern digital tools.

Training covers process engineering, mechanical and piping design, CFD/FEA simulations, automation, system design, and plant documentation, including PFD, P&ID;, datasheets, and TCS. Participants gain hands-on experience through 3D modeling, plant design, equipment detailing, and industry-oriented capstone projects, along with corporate and on-site training options. The academy’s learning approach combines engineering fundamentals with real-world case studies to help students and professionals become confident, skilled, and job-ready.

Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid Co-Founder role based in Vadodara, with flexibility for partial work from home. The Co-Founder will help shape the academy’s strategic direction, design and refine training offerings, and support the development of industry-focused curricula and partnerships. Daily responsibilities include overseeing operations, coordinating with instructors and industry experts, guiding marketing and sales initiatives, and ensuring high-quality learner experience.





The role involves engaging with corporate clients and educational partners, identifying new market opportunities, and contributing to brand positioning in the applied engineering training space. The Co-Founder will also participate in key decisions related to digital transformation, product innovation, and long-term growth of EngineersPRO Academy.

Qualifications Strong analytical skills to evaluate market opportunities, training outcomes, and operational performance.

Excellent communication skills for collaborating with teams, engaging with learners, and building relationships with industry partners.

Sales skills to drive enrollment growth, develop corporate training opportunities, and support business development.

Marketing skills to shape positioning, oversee campaigns, and promote programs across digital and offline channels.

Research skills to track industry trends, identify emerging technologies, and continuously improve program content.

Background in engineering or technical education (chemical, mechanical, process, or related fields) is highly beneficial.

Experience in edtech, professional training, or industrial consulting is an advantage.

Demonstrated leadership, decision-making, and team management capabilities.

Ability to work in a rapid-evolving environment and take ownership of strategic and operational initiatives.
