The platform offers artistic idols and yantras, curated puja essentials and ready-to-use festival kits, as well as vastu, feng shui-inspired decor, and home puja and hawan services. Guided, step-by-step rituals help individuals and families perform practices with ease, correctness, and confidence, without compromising authenticity or spiritual depth.

Rooted in vedic traditions and accurate mantra pronunciation, DIVYAH aims to simplify the common challenges of performing the right rituals with the right materials and methods, transforming devotion into a seamless everyday practice.

Role Description This is not a typical retail business. We are building a scalable, trust-led category (Ritual-as-a-Service).

The Opportunity

We are looking for a seasoned Retail Leader (50+ preferred) to join as a Co-Founder, bringing:

Deep operating experience Strong judgment built over decades Ability to scale retail with discipline This role is for someone who wants to build a meaningful second innings with ownership.

- Has spent decades in retail / FMCG / distribution
- Has run operations, not just advised on them
- Understands what actually works on the ground
- Is ready to commit full time in Delhi NCR
- Is willing to invest capital, not just time

This is a full-time, on-site Co-Founder with Investment / Retail Head role based in Faridabad. The Co-Founder will lead the retail and commerce strategy, including defining product assortments, pricing, merchandising, and channel mix across online and offline touchpoints. The role involves building and managing vendor and artisan relationships,



negotiating partnerships, and ensuring quality and authenticity of all devotional and ritual products.

Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing sales operations, monitoring performance metrics, guiding store and marketplace execution, and driving marketing initiatives to grow customer acquisition and retention. The Co-Founder will also contribute capital, shape long-term business strategy, collaborate on product innovation within the spiritual-tech ecosystem, and build a high-performing team aligned with the brand’s devotional and customer-centric values.

Qualifications

Strong analytical skills to interpret retail performance data, optimize assortments, and drive data-informed decisions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management, vendor negotiations, and team leadership.

Proven sales experience in retail or e-commerce, with the ability to set targets, manage pipelines, and close high-impact deals.

Hands-on marketing experience, including brand positioning, digital campaigns, and customer engagement in consumer-facing businesses.

Ability to conduct market and customer research to identify trends, evaluate new categories, and refine the value proposition.

Prior experience in retail, D2C, or marketplace businesses;

experience in spiritual, lifestyle, or cultural products is an advantage.

Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset, willingness to invest, and readiness to work as a founding member in a fast-growing startup.
