Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and supervise multiple branches or teams within the cluster
- Ensure each branch meets its business, sales, and service goals
- Provide guidance and support to Branch Managers and staff
- Monitor operational efficiency, compliance, and customer service across branches
- Analyze performance data and take action to improve results
- Implement company policies, promotions, and strategies within the cluster
- Identify opportunities for growth and drive local marketing initiatives
- Conduct regular branch visits, audits, and team meetings

Requirements:

- Proven experience in multi-unit or branch management
- Robust leadership and team management skills
- Good understanding of sales, operations, and customer service in your industry
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Willingness to travel within the assigned cluster
