Job Purpose

Job takes end to end ownership of SAP TRM, Daily entries of Borrowing &

- Investments, preparing MIS, FICO module, preparing Interest payout calculations of borrowing liability, Handling PTC &
- Assignment payouts, Co-ordination with banks.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Deal entries for Borrowings &
- Investment in TRM Module.

- Treasury related FICO entries &

- Reconciliation.

- Calculation of monthly payout for Term Loan & reconcile the payments/Cash flows with system.

- Manage ECB related Payouts, Interest calculations & its reporting on monthly basis.

- End to End SAP system &

- Development of different MIS.

- Managing Payouts for Assignment &

- PTC.

- Dealing with Banks for Assignment &

- PTC.

- Payment of Invoices in ARIBA SAP.

Key Decisions / Dimensions

1. Issues related to SAP activities and reconciliation of term loan interest.

2. Any issues or decision to be taken while calculation of assignment payout and Opex working.

3. Overall Payment &
- Accounting of SAP TRM | Handling Borrowings &




- Investment TRM system of more than 2.5 lakh crores other than Fixed deposits from Operational perspective.

- Assignment Off Book AR - Approx 5000 Cr &
- Securitization of 7000 crore

Major Challenges

1. System related issues during month end.

2. Reconciliation of Term loan interest with Banks.

3. Adhoc requirement of internal teams with limited time space.

Required Qualifications and Experiencea) Qualifications

- CA/MBA/CA Inter/NSE Certifications.

b) Work Experience

- Please take 5-7 years of experience for E5A and 0-2 years of experience for E4/3.

c) Skills Keywords

- Positive Understanding of accounting.

- Must have Excel &
- PowerPoint skills.

- Work well under pressure.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Public speaking a plus).
