We are a young educational-technology start-up that is charting new routes in the domain of mathematics education. Going beyond the traditional focus on mathematical concepts, Cuemath takes a wider approach in introducing students to the real world of mathematics. This includes an immersive development of logical reasoning and an inquiry-based approach tailored towards building mathematical aptitude.

There is a stark difference in the mathematics that is typically taught in schools and the real world mathematics which is often described as the most beautiful language we know. Cuemath’s mission is to reveal this beauty of mathematics to young school students thus helping them develop a holistic understanding of mathematics and mathematical thinking.

We are looking for people who share our vision, are passionate about mathematics education and have the potential to become thought leaders in the field.

In practice this requires a unique mix of analytical and interpersonal skills; an ability to use our data to quickly understand trends in supply (teacher partners) and user (students) demand, combined with an ability to motivate and assist our partners to align with our business goals. Highly refined people skills, as well as toughness, persistence, and grit, are required to ensure delivery as per our quality standards. This is an intense, business-side startup role which has a clear and direct, impact on the growth of our business.

We target qualified professionals for teacher partner roles (mostly women)



who took a break for family related responsibilities or prefer working from home. We provide them a platform to share their knowledge and at the same time promote them to have an independent career.

Key Responsibilities

Owning the assigned cluster’s P &L;

· Growing Cuemath centers within allowable acquisition cost

· Helping these centers grow by acquiring current students and retaining existing ones

· Providing continuous support and guidance to all teachers through calls, messages, mails and on the field.

· Maintaining a good rapport with the teacher and parent community

· Devise and execute new interventions and activities for Teacher center growth within allocated budget.

· Ensure continuous and consistent centre growth rate and Parent NPS Desired Profile

· Strong local area knowledge and market understanding

· Highly organized and energetic

· Comfortable traveling within the city - 4 days a week

· Data driven

· Pleasing personality with excellent relationship building & understanding of target audience

Experience Required:

1-3 years of experience in a Business Development and Operations role.

Skills Required:

· Ability to work in a fast-paced metric driven environment with proficient multitasking and navigation in a dynamic environment.

· Strong written and verbal communication in both Hindi & English Language

· Analytical mind & attention to detail.

· Exceptional people evaluation skills

· Demonstrated consultative experience, ability to influence, resourceful.

Qualifications:

MBA or any other Post Graduate Degree
