Role Description The Cluster Head role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Kaimur district.

The Cluster

Head will oversee business operations within the assigned cluster, including managing distributor and retailer networks, driving transaction volume, and ensuring service quality and compliance with company policies. This role involves monitoring performance metrics, planning and executing local business development initiatives, and strengthening relationships with B2B partners and financial institutions.

Head will be responsible for training and guiding channel partners on RNFI’s products, processes, and digital payment solutions. The position also includes resolving operational issues,



coordinating with internal teams, and preparing regular reports on cluster performance and growth opportunities.

Qualifications Proven experience in sales, business development, or channel management, preferably in fintech, banking, or digital payments.

Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills to work effectively with distributors, retailers, and financial institutions.

Ability to analyze performance data, track key metrics, and implement strategies to achieve cluster targets.

Solid understanding of digital payment solutions, online transaction processes, and basic financial services.

Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to train and motivate field teams.

Demonstrated capability to work independently in on-site field conditions and manage multiple locations within a cluster.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.

Familiarity with semi-urban and rural markets, along with local language proficiency in the Kaimur region, is highly beneficial.

Comfort with using digital tools, CRM systems, and basic office software for reporting and coordination.

High level of integrity, customer-centric mindset, and commitment to regulatory and organizational compliance.
