We are hiring a Cluster Head – Wealth Management to lead business growth, manage HNI & Ultra HNI client relationships, and drive sales performance across the assigned cluster.
- Manage HNI & Ultra HNI client relationships
- Achieve revenue, AUM, and client acquisition targets
- Lead and mentor Relationship Managers
- Drive business development and portfolio growth
- Identify cross-selling opportunities
- Monitor market trends and provide investment guidance
Requirements:
- 10-20 years of experience in Wealth Management, Private Banking, or Financial Services
- Robust knowledge of investment products and portfolio management
- Excellent leadership and client relationship skills
- Proven experience in achieving business targets
