Key Responsibilities

- Identify, track and participate in government tenders (state central) relevant to the territory
- Manage and expand a network of 3–6 authorized distributors across the territory
- Achieve empanelment in hospital / state rate contracts for product listing
- Drive product demonstrations in government hospitals, health centers, and NHM programs
- Coordinate with HQ (Delhi) for tender documentation, pricing approvals, and compliance
- Achieve quarterly and annual targets: tender wins, revenue, empanelment, distributor count

Must-Have Requirements

- Proven wins in AIIMS / ESIC / CGHS tenders
- Hands-on GeM portal bidding experience
- Active network with Central Procurement Officers
- Proximity to Delhi HQ for rapid approvals & coordination

Preferred Qualifications

- B.Sc / B.Pharma / B.E. (Biomedical / Electronics) MBA preferred
- Experience in diagnostics, point-of-care devices, or portable medical equipment
- Proficiency in local language(s) of the territory
- Two-wheeler and four-wheeler license; readiness for extensive field travel
