- Develop the budget for Operations / Construction, focusing on current programs / technology required to enhance service and /or reduce future operating costs 2) Ensure the company’s HSE and QA/QC Policy is implemented consistently across the company
- Oversee the Project Master Schedule / Plan in coordination with all stakeholders involved in the project
- Ensure coordination with the design stakeholders to ensure aspects like constructability, feasibility and cost are taken into account during various stages of the design development
- Review and clear the Request For Information (RFI), material submittals and shop drawings within the stipulated time period
- Monitor the contractors activities, oversee the work in progress and evaluate accomplished work at site
- Oversee the key tender negotiations, terms of contract and discuss issues such as program scheduling, site logistics etc.

- Manage the contractors deliverables in line with the contract and issue change orders w.r.t execution of the project in coordination with the contracts team, if required 9) Maintain product and process standardization across the various systems used in the project 10) Ensure compliance with relevant codes and approvals received from various government authorities 11) Ensure quality standards for the project are defined based on the site conditions and nuances applicable
- Undertake Value Engineering initiatives to improve the processes and systems and optimize cost
- Ensure Sustainability, Green Building and IGBC Compliance in all Project and Construction related activities
