Role Description The Cluster Head – International Business will lead and manage international sales and export operations for assigned regions, overseeing end-to-end business development and revenue growth. This full-time, on-site role is based in the Greater Ahmedabad Area and involves setting regional sales targets, monitoring performance, and implementing strategies to increase market share. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, developing and managing distributor and key customer relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and trade requirements.

The role will also require analyzing market trends and sales data, coordinating with internal teams such as supply chain, finance,



and regulatory affairs, and preparing regular business reports and forecasts for senior leadership.

The Cluster

Head will mentor and guide regional teams to achieve strategic objectives and maintain high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.

Qualifications Candidates should possess strong International Business and Export skills, with experience managing multi-country operations or clusters.

Candidates should possess proven Sales and International Sales skills, including a track record of achieving revenue and growth targets in global markets.

Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret market data, assess performance metrics, and make data-driven business decisions.

Relevant experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or medical devices, with understanding of international trade regulations and compliance, is highly beneficial.

Graduate or postgraduate degree in Business, International Trade, Management, or a related field is preferred.

Robust communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities, with capability to work effectively across cultures and time zones.

Demonstrated leadership experience in managing teams, setting strategic direction, and driving execution in a high-growth environment.
