Job Title :- Cluster Clinc Business Manager ( Hosptals & Diagnsics )

Role & responsibilities

A. Clinic Operations & Business Performance

- Ensure Company eClinics operate profitably while delivering a hassle-free, "WOW" patient experience.
- Drive patient walk-ins, revenue generation, and clinic profitability.
- Promote and cross-sell key healthcare services including memberships, medicines, diagnostics, and surgery services.
- Manage multiple eClinics within the assigned district/cluster through regular field visits and close coordination with clinic staff.

B. Doctor & Medical Consultant Management

- Generate and onboard local doctor leads.
- Coordinate doctor schedules to ensure timely availability across clinics.
- Ensure timely settlement of doctor payouts.

C. Community Outreach & Patient Acquisition





- Plan and execute awareness campaigns (health camps, auto announcements, social media, etc.) to increase patient footfall.
- Coordinate health camps for lead generation and revenue growth.

D. Patient Experience & Care Coordination

- Ensure smooth patient journey and timely resolution of patient concerns.
- Conduct post-service patient follow-ups.
- Work with internal teams to implement patient-focused healthcare programs.

E. Leadership & Clinic Excellence

- Lead new community healthcare initiatives by collaborating with local stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to clinic SOPs, patient journey standards, and data management processes.
- Supervise nurses and pharmacists, ensuring smooth clinic operations.
- Coordinate on-the-job training of clinical staff with the Clinical Training team.

F. Cross-Functional Coordination

- Collaborate with Company's cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality healthcare services are delivered to the communities served.
