NWe are primarily looking for someone who is used to working in hospitality as the position requires understanding of how operations work.



You are valuable with people and have a positive attitude and good problem-solving skills.

NYou are also comfortable with systems and administrative tasks and with managing a little team and keep them motivated.

- Greet and welcomeall guests and members warmly at all times.
N
- Receive calls for restaurant, roof and cinema reservations, general inquiries, and deliveries, messages for members and from employees;

among other inquiries.

- Responsible to answer the main line and sending calls in the right direction as needed.
N
- Be well versed on all aspects of the Club, including all menus, and daily events.
N
- Receptionists must keepthe reception area, desk, and coat check clean at all times.
N
- Take IRD orders.

- Knowledge of IRD menus.
N
- Perform Guest List duties on the floor level or Rooftop.
N
- Assist with any guest related issues.
N
- Converse with members and report any potential issues to their Manager.
N
- Maintain a fun and energetic attitude at all times.
N
- Perform other duties asassigned by supervisor/manager.
N
- Comply with all hotel policies, standards and local laws.

- Any other tasks assigned by manager.
