Job DescriptionYears of experience required: Proven experience of 10-12 years in facility management or club operations.

NRoles & Responsibilities:

NFacility Management

n- Oversee the maintenance, cleanliness, and functionality of all club areas (gym floor, locker rooms, pool, spa, studios, etc.).

N- Coordinate with vendors, technicians, and contractors for repairs, servicing, and facility upgrades.

N- Ensure all equipment isin working order and regularly serviced.

N- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, including fire safety, sanitation, and emergency protocols

NClub Operations

n- Manage day-to-day club operations, including front desk, membership, and fitness staff.

N- Implement and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure high operational efficiency.

N- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies to achieve revenue and retention goals.

N- Manage inventory and procurement for club supplies and consumables.

NStaff Supervision & Development

N- Recruit, train,



and manage club staff including trainers, customer service, maintenance, and support staff.

N- Schedule and supervise shifts to ensure proper staff coverage and performance.

NFoster a positive team setting and provide ongoing coaching and development opportunities.

NMember Engagement & Customer Service

N- Ensure a high standard of customer service and satisfaction across all touchpoints.

N- Handle member complaints and concerns with professionalism and prompt resolution.

N- Organize events, challenges, or member engagement initiatives to promote retention and community.

NBudgeting & Financial Oversight

N- Assist in preparing andmanaging club budgets and expenses.

N- Monitor revenue streams(memberships, personal training, classes) and control operational costs.

N- Generate and review operational reports and financial performance data
