Client-Facing Expectations for Modernization Consultant
- The Modernization Consultant role will be client-facing and will also involve interaction with AWS stakeholders.
- The role can be considered roughly 50% technical / 50% client communication.
- Excellent communication skills
- Robust ability to handle customer conversations assertively
- Capability to identify issues, direct calls effectively, escalate appropriately, and manage communication with both customers and AWS
