Role Description The Closing Manager is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune Division, responsible for overseeing the end-to-end closing process for property transactions. This role coordinates with sales teams, funding sources, legal advisors, and financial institutions to ensure accurate documentation, timely processing of loans, and seamless completion of closings.

Manager reviews contracts and compliance requirements, verifies funding details, and ensures that all regulatory and organizational standards are met before finalizing deals.



Day-to-day activities include monitoring transaction pipelines, resolving closing-related issues, maintaining detailed records, and communicating proactively with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver a smooth, transparent closing experience.

Qualifications

Demonstrated experience managing real estate transaction closings, including coordinating documentation and timelines.

Knowledge of funding processes and financial documentation related to property purchases.

Background in sales within real estate or financial services, with the ability to collaborate effectively with sales teams.

Experience working with loans and related processes, preferably in housing or property finance.

Understanding of mortgage lending practices, regulations, and stakeholder coordination.

Robust attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with clients, internal teams, and external partners.

Proficiency in basic office software and digital tools for documentation and tracking.

Prior experience in real estate, property development, or financial services is preferred.

Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, real estate, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
