Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Clinical Project Associate role based in Jaipur, Rajasthan.

The Clinical Project

Associate will support the planning, coordination, and execution of clinical studies across pharmacy, dental, and life sciences domains, working closely with project managers, investigators, and cross-functional teams. Daily responsibilities include assisting with study documentation, site communication, data collection and verification, tracking project timelines, and maintaining regulatory and ethical compliance in line with QREC standards.



The role also involves supporting training activities for site staff, contributing to study-related reports and presentations, and ensuring accurate record-keeping and follow-up on project milestones.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to review data, identify trends, and support evidence-based decision-making.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills for collaboration with investigators, site staff, and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess solid Project Management abilities to help coordinate tasks, track timelines, and support end-to-end study execution.
- Candidates should possess skills in Training to assist with educating site personnel on study protocols and procedures.
- Candidates should possess Research capabilities to contribute to protocol adherence, data quality, and scientific documentation.
- Relevant academic background such as B.Pharm, M.Pharm, BDS, MDS, BSc/MSc Lifesciences, or related health sciences discipline.
- Knowledge of clinical research processes, GCP, and regulatory guidelines applicable in India and internationally.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic clinical data management tools; attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, manage multiple assignments, and collaborate in a diverse, multidisciplinary environment.
