NClinical Manager – Sleep Medicine

NLocation- Mumbai

nRole Overview

NTaevas Life Sciences is seeking an experienced Clinical Manager with a robust background in Sleep Medicine to support clinical programs, customer engagement, product implementation, and clinical education. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in sleep diagnostics and therapy, with expertise in polysomnography and sleep health.

NKey Responsibilities

- Provide clinical expertise and support for sleep diagnostics and sleep-related products.

- Collaborate with physicians, hospitals, and sleep laboratories to ensure effective clinical implementation.
N
- Conduct product demonstrations, clinical training, and educational programs for healthcare professionals.
N
- Interpret sleep study data and provide guidance on best clinical practices.
N
- Support clinical evaluations, evidence generation, and customer onboarding.
N
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, regulatory, and product management.
N
- Ensure compliance with applicable clinical standards and guidelines.
N
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs)



and sleep specialists.

nRequired Qualifications & Experience

N

n
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Respiratory Therapy, Sleep Medicine, Neurophysiology, Nursing, or a related healthcare discipline.

- Mandatory experience inSleep Medicine/Sleep Diagnostics.
N
- One or more of the following certifications is mandatory:
N
- RPSGT (Registered Polysomnographic Technologist)
N
- RST (Registered Sleep Technologist)
N
- CCSH (Certification in Clinical Sleep Health)
N
- Minimum 3–8+ years of relevant experience in a sleep lab, hospital, or sleep diagnostics organization.
N
- Strong understanding ofpolysomnography (PSG), CPAP/BiPAP therapy, sleep disorders, and sleep study interpretation.
N
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
N
- Willingness to travel as required.

nMandatory Requirement

NCandidates must have a core Sleep Medicine/Sleep Diagnostics background. Profiles without relevant sleep experience or the required certifications (RPSGT, RST, or CCSH) will not be considered.
