Job DescriptionEducational Qualification : MBBS degree and in addition to this holding qualification in Hospital Management will be preferable.

NRequired Experience: Minimum 5 Years experience of running any reputed Government / Private hospital as Superintendent or Deputy Superintendent.

NRoles & Responsibilities

- Oversee the day-to-day operations/ service of the hospital, including patient related and administrative aspects.

- Oversee quality of medical care in OPD, IPD, ICU, Day-care, OT, emergency & other hospital services.
N
- Review patient care protocols, treatment guidelines and infection control practices.
N
- Conduct daily visit / rounds of different department to resolve critical cases and handle patient grievances.
N
- Ensure proper IPD admissions, discharge summaries and medical record documentation.
N
- Supervise all doctors, resident, nursing staffs and paramedics on clinical matters.
N
- Conduct clinical audits, CMEs and training for skill upgradation.
N




- Handle disciplinary issues and performance reviews of medical staffs.
N
- Coordinate between departments
N
- Monitor bed occupancy, resource utilization and patient flow.
N
- Ensure 24*7 emergency &OT; coverage.

- Ensure compliance with NABH, Clinical Establishment Act, Fire safety, Bio –medical waste rules etc.

- Liaison with state health authorities, MCI /NMC and licensing bodies.
N
- Maintain medico –legal records, Birth & Death certificates, MLC reporting to police.

- Implement current services,SOPs and quality improvement initiatives.

- To carry out any other Hospital related job assigned by the authority time to time
N
- To submit daily report to the management.
