Role & responsibilities

- Conduct health camps and community outreach activities.

- Examine and assess patients during camps and OPD.

- Counsel patients regarding treatment plans and hospital services.

- Drive patient conversion from camps to hospital consultations, investigations, and admissions.

- Coordinate with consultants and clinical departments for patient referrals.

- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

- Ensure timely follow-up with camp patients.

- Support hospital health awareness and promotional activities.

- Adhere to hospital protocols, ethical practices, and clinical guidelines.

Preferred candidate profile

- Valid Maharashtra Council Registration.

- 13 years of clinical experience.

- Positive communication and patient counselling skills.

- Willingness to travel for health camps.

- Ability to work in a team and build patient relationships.
