Key Responsibilities - Handle inbound and/or outbound customer interactions with US-based customers.

- Provide prompt, courteous, and accurate resolutions to customer queries.
- Deliver an excellent customer experience while adhering to quality standards.
- Maintain professionalism and empathy during every customer interaction.
- Accurately document customer interactions and follow company processes.
- Meet individual and team performance expectations, including quality and productivity metrics.

- Excellent verbal communication skills in English are mandatory.
- Comfortable speaking with US customers over the phone.
- Willingness to work rotational night shifts.
- Ability to work from our Bellandur office.
- Candidates must arrange their own transportation, as company cab facilities are currently not available.
- Basic computer knowledge and good typing skills are preferred.
