Corplico is a statutory compliance management platform used by companies to track and manage their legal obligations across labour, corporate, environmental and other regulatory areas.
The Client
Success / Relationship Manager owns the ongoing health of client relationships after onboarding is complete — making sure clients get real value from the platform, surfacing issues before they become churn risks, and feeding client insight back into the business so the product and services keep improving. Key responsibilities
Ensure smooth onboarding of clients on the compliance platform Conduct internal interactions with Compliance Research Teams for compliance mapping related tasks Own regular touchpoints with a portfolio of assigned clients (scheduled calls/visits at a defined cadence) to review usage, compliance status, and satisfaction.
Act as the primary point of contact for existing clients once onboarding is complete, building a trusted, ongoing relationship with key client stakeholders.
Run a structured feedback loop — capture bugs, feature requests, and general feedback from clients and route them clearly to the Software Backend / Development teams with adequate context.
Track resolution of client-raised issues end-to-end and proactively update the client, rather than waiting for them to follow up.
Coordinate with the Compliance Research Team when a client's business changes (new location, new business line)
and a checklist update is required.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date client interaction records and account notes for internal visibility.
Support the Head of Client Operations in preparing periodic account health and renewal/upsell pipeline reports. Qualification and experience
