This is an assessment internship, not a temporary gig. Its entire purpose is to evaluate you for a permanent, full-time Client Solutions role at Olbrain. We're not hiring interns for the sake of interns — we're hiring future full-timers, and these 6 months are how we find out who to keep. Olbrain is the Agent OS for enterprise AI, built on trust infrastructure. Enterprises build their AI agent fleets in Olbrain Studio and run and govern them in Noesis — our conversational Agent OS — with every agent carrying a provable identity and every action verifiable. Small, fast team in Gurugram, already deploying with real enterprises. The role

Enterprises don't arrive with a spec — they arrive with a problem ("collections drowns in follow-ups," "closing the quarter takes finance seven days"). You'll be the person who understands that problem cold and turns it into a working agent.

You will: Sit with enterprise clients — discovery calls, workshops, on-site — and understand their problem statement in depth

Translate it into a clear brief: what the agent must do, which systems it touches, what "done" looks like





Coordinate with our tech team through build and deployment, keeping scope, timeline, and the client aligned

Run demos, gather feedback, and drive the agent from first conversation to live and adopted

Be the client's trusted point of contact — and the internal voice of the client

You are the human front-end of the build: the bridge between the enterprise and the AI that does the building. Who we're looking for An MBA — or a genuinely sharp, sales-minded person — who loves talking to people

Clear, confident communication with senior enterprise stakeholders The instinct to hear the real problem beneath what's asked, and the structure to turn a messy conversation into a crisp brief

Genuine curiosity about AI agents and how businesses run

Available full-time, on-site in Gurugram, and intending to convert to full-time

Bonus: BFSI/fintech or regulated-industry exposure; pre-sales, consulting, customer success, or account-management experience; enough technical fluency to talk to engineers without fear. Terms 6-month assessment internship · ₹25,000/month · On-site, Gurugram (Sector 65) · Rolling intake
