NAbout the Role

nWeare looking for a Brand & Client Servicing Partner to manage and grow relationships with brands while driving successful creator-led campaigns. This role requires someone who understands the influencer marketing and creator economy landscape, can build robust client relationships, and seamlessly coordinate between brands, creators, internal teams, and campaign stakeholders.

NYou will act as a strategic partner to clients, ensuring campaigns are executed flawlessly while identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts and generate new business.

NKey Responsibilities

- Build and nurture long-term relationships with brands, agencies, and key stakeholders.

- Understand client marketing objectives and translate them into impactful creator-led campaign strategies.

- Own end-to-end client servicing—from onboarding and campaign planning to execution, reporting, and renewals.

- Collaborate with the Creator Partnerships team to identify the right creators for brand campaigns.
N
- Prepare campaign proposals, presentations, budgets, timelines, and commercial negotiations.

- Ensure smooth coordination between clients, creators, production, content, legal, and finance teams.

- Monitor campaign performance and deliver actionable insights and post-campaign reports.

- Proactively identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.

- Resolve client concernswith speed and professionalism while maintaining high client satisfaction.

- Stay updated on industry trends, social media platforms, creator economy developments, and competitor activities.

- Work closely with leadership on revenue planning and business growth initiatives.

nRequirements

- 5–8 years of experiencein Client Servicing, Brand Solutions, Influencer Marketing, Digital Media, or Integrated Marketing.

- Prior experience working with influencer marketing agencies, creator platforms, digital publishers, or media companies.
N
- Strong understanding ofInstagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Podcasts, Shorts, and emerging creator platforms.
N
- Proven ability to manage multiple brand accounts simultaneously.
N
- Excellent presentation,communication, and stakeholder management skills.
N
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in proposal creation and negotiations.
N
- Highly organized with strong project management capabilities.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
