Key Responsibilities :

- Support daily client communication and address routine queries
- Coordinate with internal teams (creative, media, strategy) to ensure smooth campaign execution
- Assist in preparing briefs, timelines,



and status trackers for ongoing projects
- Follow up with internal teams to ensure on-time delivery of creatives and campaign assets
- Track campaign progress and compile performance data for reporting
- Assist in creating concept presentations and monthly client reports
- Maintain client documentation, trackers, and meeting notes

Skills & Requirements :

- 1–3 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or a related field
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace
- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
