NKey Responsibilities:

- Support daily client communication and address routine queries

- Coordinate with internal teams (creative, media, strategy) to ensure smooth campaign execution
N
- Assist in preparing briefs, timelines,
and status trackers for ongoing projects
N
- Follow up with internalteams to ensure on-time delivery of creatives and campaign assets
N
- Track campaign progressand compile performance data for reporting
N
- Assist in creating concept presentations and monthly client reports
N
- Maintain client documentation, trackers, and meeting notes

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or a related field

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Valuable organizational skills with attention to detail

- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace
