Role Description The Client Servicing Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata. This position involves acting as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their event and branding requirements, and coordinating internal teams to ensure timely and accurate execution. Day-to-day tasks include managing client communications, preparing proposals and presentations, tracking project timelines, and overseeing event deliverables.

The role also requires handling feedback, resolving issues, maintaining documentation, and supporting the team during pre-event planning and on-site event management.



The executive is expected to build strong client relationships, contribute ideas to improve service quality, and support business growth through excellent client servicing.

Qualifications

Strong client relationship management skills, including the ability to communicate clearly, manage expectations, and provide proactive service.

Experience or interest in events, brand activations, or marketing services, with the ability to understand campaign objectives and execution requirements.

Effective organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail in documentation, scheduling, and follow-ups.

Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, presentations) and comfort with email and online collaboration tools.

Ability to work on-site in Kolkata, support on-ground event operations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams under deadlines.

Robust verbal and written communication skills in English; additional local language skills are an advantage.

Prior experience in client servicing, account management, or coordination roles in events or marketing is preferred but not mandatory.

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is preferred; equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
