We are looking for a proactive and creative professional who can manage client communication while handling social media execution.

Roles &

Responsibilities Client Servicing

- Communicate with clients via WhatsApp, calls, emails, and meetings.
- Understand client requirements and prepare project briefs.
- Coordinate with the design and marketing teams for timely delivery.
- Share updates, reports, and campaign progress with clients.
- Handle client queries professionally and maintain strong relationships.
- Ensure projects are completed within deadlines.

Social Media Marketing
- Plan and schedule social media content.
- Write engaging captions and basic content.
- Upload posts on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Coordinate with graphic designers for creatives.
- Monitor engagement and respond to comments/messages when required.
- Assist in planning Meta Ads and social media campaigns.
- Prepare monthly content calendars.




- Track social media performance and generate basic reports.

Requirements
- 6 Months to 1 Year of experience in Client Servicing, Social Media Marketing, or Digital Marketing.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Basic understanding of Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and social media trends.
- Familiarity with Canva, Meta Business Suite, or scheduling tools is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Meta Ads.
- Basic copywriting skills.
- Understanding of digital marketing concepts.
- Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
