Key Responsibilities

Manage pharmaceutical client accounts and ensure smooth project execution.

Coordinate with creative, digital, and medical teams.

Prepare client presentations and pitch decks.

Handle project estimates, proposals, billing coordination, and client communication.

Build robust client relationships and identify business growth opportunities.

Mandatory Requirements:

45 years of experience in a Healthcare/Pharma Communication, Medical Marketing, or Healthcare Advertising Agency.

Experience in handling 2 or more Pharma/Healthcare clients is mandatory.

Strong client servicing, presentation,



and communication skills.

Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and MS Office.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Agency Background

Brand Care, Medulla Communications, Synapse Marketing Consultancy, A&R;, Flowing Ink, Insignia Communications, Artiligence, or any similar Healthcare/Pharma Communication Agency.

Note: Candidates without Healthcare/Pharma Communication Agency experience or without handling multiple Pharma/Healthcare clients will not be considered.
