What You’ll Be Doin - g:Own the onboarding and implementation process for assigned customer account

- s.Act as the primary point of contact for customers during the post-sales lifecycl
- e.Build strong relationships with business and technical stakeholder
- s.Coordinate with Product, Engineering, and Support teams to resolve customer queries and implementation issue
- s.Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and feature walkthrough
- s.Drive product adoption by educating customers on platform capabilities and best practice
- s.Monitor customer health, platform usage,



and engagement metric
- s.Proactively identify risks and escalate concerns to internal teams when require
- d.Support renewal conversations by ensuring customers realize value from the platfor
- m.Identify opportunities for account growth through upselling and cross-sellin
- g.Gather customer feedback and share insights with Product and Engineering team
- s.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, action items, and implementation progress using CRM tool s.
