NKey Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end servicing of corporate client accounts.

- Build and maintain strong client relationships while acting as the primary point of contact.
N
- Handle policy servicing, endorsements, renewals, and client escalations.
N
- Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Claims, and Underwriting teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
N




- Manage the Client Help Desk by addressing client queries and service requests within defined timelines.
N
- Coordinate and support key stakeholders during Annual Health Check-ups (AHCs) and hospitalizations to ensure a seamless client experience.
N
- Prepare client reports,presentations, and account reviews
N
- Drive high levels of client satisfaction through proactive relationship management.

nPreferred Candidate Profile

- Experience in Corporate Insurance Broking is mandatory.

- Strong knowledge of Employee Benefits (EB) and Commercial Insurance products.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
