Cuttingchaai is looking for a creative and organized Client Coordinator to manage client relationships, coordinate digital marketing projects, and support social media page management. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, an understanding of social media platforms, and the ability to coordinate multiple projects efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as the primary point of contact between clients and the internal team.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with content, design, video, and marketing teams.
- Manage and coordinate social media pages across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
- Assist in planning social media calendars, content schedules, and campaign activities.
- Coordinate content approvals, revisions, and timely publishing of posts.
- Monitor social media performance and prepare basic reports/updates for clients.
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and ensure smooth execution.
- Coordinate client feedback and maintain clear communication throughout projects.




- Support account management activities and build strong client relationships.
- Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, and digital marketing practices.

Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic knowledge of social media management and digital marketing.
- Ability to coordinate with creative teams and manage deadlines.
- Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and social media insights.

Preferred Skills:
- Experience in an advertising/digital marketing agency is an advantage.
- Understanding of content creation, reels, campaigns, and social media trends.
- Client handling and project coordination experience.
