Design and implement scalable data architectures using ClickHouse for analytical workloads

Build high-performance ingestion pipelines for structured and semi-structured data

Optimize ClickHouse schemas (partitioning, indexing, primary keys, TTLs) for performance and cost

Develop complex SQL queries for large-scale analytics and reporting use cases

Enable real-time and near real-time analytics using streaming and batch ingestion patterns

Work with stakeholders to model data for observability, product analytics, and business intelligence

Perform query tuning, performance troubleshooting, and capacity planning

Ensure data reliability, governance, and lifecycle management Required Skills & Experience

Robust expertise in SQL and analytical query optimization





Hands-on experience with ClickHouse (data modeling, engine selection, MergeTree family)

Solid understanding of columnar storage, compression, and distributed systems

Experience designing data warehouses / lakehouse architectures

Strong programming skills in Python, Scala, or similar

Experience with distributed data processing frameworks (Apache Spark preferred)

Familiarity with ingestion tools and pipelines (Kafka, batch ingestion, CDC pipelines)

Exposure to cloud platforms such as: Microsoft Azure OR

Google Cloud Platform Preferred Qualifications

Experience with real-time streaming tools (Kafka, Pub/Sub, Event Hubs)

Exposure to observability stacks (logs, metrics, traces) using ClickHouse

Experience with Databricks or Spark-based ecosystems

Knowledge of infrastructure tuning (CPU, memory, storage optimization for OLAP systems)

Contributions to performance benchmarking or large-scale data platform migrations Soft Skills
