Responsibilities

- Manage construction workers: Create work schedules, assign responsibilities, and supervise construction workers

- Review building plans: Check that plans and blueprints meet building regulations

- Inspect construction sites: Regularly inspect the site to identify hazards and ensure safety standards are met

- Manage materials: Order and ensure delivery of construction materials

- Complete reports: Provide regular reports to the site manager or construction manager

- Communicate with stakeholders: Liaise with subcontractors, engineers, and architects

Skills and qualifications
