About the Role

We are hiring an experienced Site In-Charge for our construction team. The candidate should have practical knowledge of site execution and be able to manage day-to-day site operations with limited supervision.

This role involves overseeing construction activities, coordinating with on-site teams, and ensuring work is executed as per project drawings and specifications, while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily site activities and monitor work progress

Ensure execution is carried out according to drawings and specifications

Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and project teams

Maintain site quality and safety standards





Prepare regular progress reports

Requirements

Degree in Civil Engineering

Minimum 15+ years of relevant site experience

Valuable understanding of construction and site execution processes

Ability to read and understand technical drawings

Strong communication and team management skills

Should be ready to work anywhere in Tamil Nadu, as the role requires travel across project locations

Compensation: Based on experience and performance
